Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to twyla@search.org. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A penalty will apply.
- A 25% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations received on or before May 15, 2023.
- A 50% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations received on or before June 15, 2023.
- A 75% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations received on or before June 30, 2023.
- No refunds will be issued on or after July 1, 2023, and no refunds will be given for no-shows.
